1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by Links to Pay ("we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Description of Services

Links to Pay provides a payment collection infrastructure allowing merchants and businesses to generate dynamic payment links, invoice customers, and accept digital payments through authorized payment rails including UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Net Banking.

3. Fees, Pricing & Early Bird Program

Our standard fee schedule is based on transaction slabs starting at ₹25 per transaction. Early bird participants who register during designated promotional windows are granted our flat ₹25 promotional rate across all transactions for life, subject to maintaining an active account in good standing.

All applicable taxes and regulatory charges will be reflected in transaction summaries. We reserve the right to revise future standard pricing tiers with prior written notification.

4. Merchant Obligations & Acceptable Use

Merchants agree to use Links to Pay exclusively for legitimate transactions. You agree not to facilitate payments for restricted or illegal goods, engage in deceptive marketing, or violate regulations established by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

5. Settlements & Chargebacks

Funds collected via payment links are settled according to standard regulatory settlement cycles directly to the merchant's designated bank account. Merchants remain liable for all legitimate chargebacks, disputes, and customer refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Links to Pay, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or unauthorized third-party access to merchant infrastructure.
